Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 28 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BEETC website, registration for and attendance at any BEETC event, and participation in any related services, whether as an attendee, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, partner, or guest.
By accessing our website, registering for an event, or participating in any BEETC activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or attend our events.
In these Terms, “BEETC”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to:
- BEETC LTD (Registered in England and Wales, company number 10786196), with its registered address at 25 Horsell Road, London, N5 1XL, UK; and
- BEETC PTE LTD (Registered in Singapore, company number 202513227E), with its registered address at 12 WOODLANDS SQUARE, #12-85, WOODS SQUARE, SINGAPORE 737715
And our websites include:
1. Registration and Attendance
BEETC events are intended primarily for business professionals, corporate representatives, investors, founders, and industry stakeholders. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or cancel any registration at our discretion where we believe attendance may not align with the nature or objectives of the event.
Registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by BEETC. If payment is not completed at the time of booking, the registration will remain provisional until payment is successfully processed.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring that all registration information submitted is accurate and up to date. Event badges and tickets remain the property of BEETC and may not be transferred, resold, or shared without prior written approval.
We reserve the right to request identification at the event venue and to refuse entry where appropriate.
2. Payments, Cancellations and Substitutions
All event fees must be paid in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Bookings made within fourteen days of the event may be restricted to card payments or other approved electronic payment methods.
If an attendee is unable to attend, a substitute attendee from the same organisation may be nominated up to twenty-four hours before the event, subject to approval by BEETC.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, registrations are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to illness, travel disruption, visa issues, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance for any reason.
Where an incorrect ticket type has been purchased and BEETC agrees to amend or refund the booking, an administrative fee may apply.
In the unlikely event that BEETC cancels an event entirely, attendees will be entitled to either a full refund of the registration fee paid or a credit toward a future event. BEETC shall not be responsible for travel costs, accommodation expenses, or any indirect or consequential losses incurred in connection with the event.
We also reserve the right to change event dates, venues, schedules, speakers, session formats, or delivery methods, including converting an in-person event into a virtual or hybrid format where reasonably necessary.
3. Event Experience and Professional Conduct
BEETC is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and commercially valuable environment for all participants.
Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately throughout the event and in any related digital platforms, networking applications, or online communities associated with the event.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse access to any individual whose behaviour we consider disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, intimidating, unlawful, or inconsistent with the professional nature of the event. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be provided.
Unauthorised filming, recording, solicitation, or commercial promotion during the event may also result in removal from the event.
4. Speakers and Presentation Materials
Speakers remain the owners of their original presentation materials and intellectual property. However, by agreeing to speak at a BEETC event, speakers grant BEETC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to record, reproduce, distribute, publish, and promote their sessions and presentation materials in connection with the event and future promotional activities.
This may include the use of the speaker’s name, photograph, company affiliation, biography, LinkedIn profile, presentation slides, video recordings, and excerpts from the session across our websites, social media channels, marketing campaigns, and post-event content libraries.
Speakers are responsible for ensuring that their presentations do not infringe the intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations of any third party and that all information presented is accurate and lawful.
BEETC reserves the right to make reasonable edits to event programmes, session titles, formats, timings, and speaker line-ups where necessary.
5. Networking, Matchmaking and Data Sharing
A core purpose of BEETC events is to facilitate professional networking and business connections between attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
By registering for an event, participants acknowledge that certain professional information – including name, job title, company name, industry sector, and business contact details – may be shared with sponsors, approved networking partners, and other attendees for legitimate business networking purposes.
BEETC may also facilitate curated introductions, one-to-one meetings, matchmaking services, and customised networking recommendations based on attendee profiles, interests, and professional backgrounds.
Participants who prefer not to be included in networking directories or matchmaking activities may opt out by contacting us at hello@beetc.io prior to the event.
6. Photography, Recording and Media Usage
Photography, filming, livestreaming, and audio recording may take place during BEETC events for marketing, promotional, archival, and commercial purposes.
By attending an event, participants grant BEETC permission to use their image, likeness, voice, and contributions in photographs, recordings, livestreams, promotional materials, and future event marketing without compensation or further approval.
Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings should notify BEETC in writing before the event wherever reasonably possible.
7. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content available on the BEETC website and at our events, including branding, logos, designs, graphics, videos, recordings, publications, and event materials, is owned by or licensed to BEETC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or republish any content without prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems, introduce malicious software, scrape data, or interfere with the operation or security of our digital platforms.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
BEETC processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
Personal data may be used for event administration, customer support, networking functionality, analytics, security, marketing communications, and sponsor engagement activities connected to the event.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
9. Health, Safety and Dietary Requirements
Attendees are responsible for notifying BEETC in writing, prior to the event, of any serious medical conditions, disabilities, dietary requirements, or life-threatening allergies that may require reasonable accommodation or emergency awareness during the event.
While we will use reasonable efforts to communicate disclosed dietary or allergy requirements to venues, caterers, and relevant service providers, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination at event venues or third-party facilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEETC accepts no liability for any illness, allergic reaction, injury, medical incident, or other loss suffered by an attendee arising from:
- the attendee’s failure to disclose relevant medical information or allergies in advance;
- inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the attendee; or
- the acts or omissions of third-party venues, caterers, or service providers beyond BEETC’s reasonable control.
10. Reviews, Testimonials and Feedback
We welcome feedback, testimonials, and reviews relating to BEETC events, services, and attendee experiences.
By submitting a review, testimonial, survey response, or other feedback, you confirm that the content reflects your genuine experience and does not contain misleading, defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate material.
BEETC reserves the right to moderate, decline, remove, or refuse to publish any review or feedback that we reasonably believe:
- breaches these Terms;
- contains false or misleading statements;
- is abusive, promotional, or spam-related; or
- infringes the rights of any third party.
By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant BEETC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display such content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across our websites, social media channels, event materials, and advertising campaigns.
Unless expressly authorised, BEETC will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information in connection with testimonials or reviews.
If you believe a published review is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate, please contact us at hello@beetc.io and we will review the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Reviews, Testimonials and Feedback
While BEETC takes reasonable care in organising and delivering its events and digital services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific commercial outcomes, investment opportunities, or the accuracy of opinions expressed by speakers, sponsors, or attendees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEETC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising in connection with the use of our website, attendance at our events, or reliance on any information provided during the event.
Our total liability in connection with any event shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant registration.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
12. Force Majeure
BEETC shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labour disputes, venue unavailability, cyber incidents, transportation disruption, internet outages, or acts of terrorism.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
